Liquid better than eggs (I have a sensitivity to eggs so have to get fake ones)
Healthy Choice Frozen meal with less than 600 mg of sodium. (I have memorized the list to make shopping easier) The Healthy Choice Lobster Ravioli is awesome!
Crystal Light
Olive Oil
Honeysuckle white Turkey Sausage (taste the best and has the least fat)
Honeysuckle White Turkey Bratwurst(only ones not dry)
Fat Free Whipped topping(goes with ice cream to make me fell indulgent)
Edy's or Kroger light Slow Churned Ice cream or Frozen Yogurt
Fiber One Yogurt (zero ww points)
Peaches (zero points)
Blueberries (like one point for a cup)
Broccoli (fiber and a veggie so awesome)
Steam microwave bags! Or bags of veggies that steam for fast meals
Canadian Bacon
Laughing Cow Blue Cheese
High Fiber Instant Oatmeal
Kashi Good Friends Cereal (I make snack mix with it and it has 12g of fiber per serving!)
Whole Wheat tortilla wraps
Lean turkey sandwich meat
Organic Spinach
Reduced fat feta
Low fat Greek Yogurt
Frozen Fruit for smoothies
Almond Vanilla Milk for smoothies
Whole Wheat couscous
Uncle Ben's Instant Whole Grain Rice
